The only method to contact support is to use the 'Contact Us' tab on the web site and to select 'Support' as the department. You should generally have a response within 48-72 hours of receipt. Please allow us time for a response in the event that we have a high volume of support queries, or more likely the cause of the delay would be that your question requires extra research or effort that takes longer than normal. No support will be provided via telephone.

We would like to take one moment to point out that Karlsson Robotics does provide custom work, or consultation services. These services are available at an hourly rate. If you choose to use this service we can assist with custom work, design and layout services, customizing or correcting code, or other consultation services. Most info (documentation, specifications, datasheets etc.) we have on our products are available for download under the 'Documents' header on each product's page. Not sure where the page is? The easiest way to find it is to put the SKU number in the search field. You can also often find something by searching by name or manufacturer's part number.
Non-Karlsson Robotics Manufactured Products
We sell a lot of items that we don't make. The best place to get help with products that Karlsson Robotics does not manufacture is the manufacturer's website and technical support. If you are unable to locate the manufacturer's technical support, send us an email and we can point you in the right direction.
